Do you deliver throughout Luxembourg?
Yes, Maison Schroeder delivers heating oil across the entire Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Do you also deliver heating oil to Belgium, Germany, and France?
No, we cannot deliver outside of national borders.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is generally 2 days after your order. In the best cases, next-day delivery is possible, depending on the region where delivery is required. During periods of high demand, it can take up to a maximum of 5 days. To ensure you receive your heating oil on time, we recommend ordering as soon as your tank reaches about 30% of its volume.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity; however, an order below 1,000 liters comes with an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this.
How can I check my tank level before ordering?
The most common method is to gauge the contents of your tank using a dipstick or measuring tape. Some customers also have an electronic gauge, which makes checking even simpler. In any case, we recommend ordering as soon as the level reaches about 30% of the total tank volume to ensure timely delivery and avoid any risk of running out.
What should I do if I run out of heating oil in the middle of winter?
Call us: our service is reachable 24/7. We guarantee an emergency service, available with a surcharge depending on the day: same-day delivery for €50, Saturday for €100, or Sunday for €150.

The price of heating oil varies throughout the year and is set by the Luxembourgish state. Today’s rate is available on our website or upon request by phone or email.
Do you offer installment payments?

Do you sell products other than heating oil?
Yes. In addition to heating oil, Maison Schroeder offers industrial, automotive, and agricultural lubricants, etc. We carry products from various brands, primarily Shell with the Helix, Rimula, Tellus, Spirax, Gadus, Omala, and Corena ranges, and the Petronas brand with the Syntium, Urania, Arbor, Hydraulic, Paraflu, and Tutela ranges. We also provide AdBlue, certified wood pellets and pellets with Pellprotec, maintenance products (Veidec, Transnet), industrial equipment and tools, as well as Total or Shell fuel cards in collaboration with ACL.
What is PETRONAS Syntium CoolTech+™ technology?
